□ Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation is possible until September 6, 2024, 2:00 PM, and no cancellation or refund will be available after.

*Card Cancellation: For payments made by card, the cancellation will be approved after verifying the cardholder's identity. The cancellation and refund process may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the card issuer.

*Cancellation Procedure: Contact the office and follow the personal verification process to request a refund.


□ Gathering and Departure Instructions

For Half course participants, please arrive at Cheonggye Square before 7:00 AM, change into your running attire in the changing rooms, store your personal belongings in the storage area, and gather at Seoul Plaza after thoroughly warming up.

For 11km course participants, please arrive at Seoul Plaza before 7:00 AM, change into your running attire in the changing rooms, store your personal belongings in the storage area, and gather within the designated area after warming up.

The start will be open from 8:00 AM, beginning with the Open International (Half) category, followed by Half course and 11km course. The timing will be measured using the Net-Time method from the moment you step on the starting mat. Please start with ample time for your safety.

As parking is not available at Seoul Plaza and Cheonggye Square, we recommend using public transportation.


□ Course Time Limit Information

Due to the course passing through the heart of Seoul and to minimize inconvenience to citizens, there will be strict time limits of 2 hours and 30 minutes for the Half course and 1 hour and 40 minutes for the 11km course. After the designated time limits, traffic control will be lifted, so please cooperate to complete the race within the allotted time and follow the instructions of the race officials.

The race office will not be responsible for any accidents that occur after the lifting of traffic control.


□ Changing Rooms and Storage Area

For your convenience, changing rooms and storage areas will be provided by the race office on the event day.

The storage areas will be separated by participant categories (Half course at Cheonggye Square / 11km at Seoul Plaza). Please make sure to store your belongings in the designated storage area for your category.

Before the start, please allow sufficient time to deposit your belongings.


□ Retrieval of Belongings

When retrieving your belongings, please present the storage sticker that was provided when storing your items. Please note that valuable items will not be stored, and the race office will not be responsible for any lost items as the content of the stored items cannot be checked in advance.

There have been cases of theft of cash and valuable items at marathon venues, so participants should be aware of this and refrain from carrying cash and valuable items except for what is necessary on the day of the event.


□ Beverage and Snack Provision

Bottled water and sports drinks: Provided at the 5km, 10km, and 15km points.

Sponges: Provided at the 7.5km, 12.5km, and 17.5km points.

Snacks: Exclusive for Half course participants, provided at the 15km point.


□ Instructions for Using Timing Chips

The timing measurement method is the Net-Time system, which starts measuring from the moment you pass the starting point. Upon receiving the chip, please check if it is properly attached behind your bib number. If there are any issues, please contact the race office immediately at 02-361-1427.

Precautions when using the timing chip:

Do not bend or remove the timing chip.

The chip must be attached to the bib number for accurate measurement. (Please make sure the bib number is visible on the front outer side.)

The chip is disposable and does not need to be returned.

※ Failure to attach the bib number (chip) or pass through the starting, finishing, or timing mats on the course will result in disqualification as your time will not be measured.


□ Disqualification

After payment is completed and participation is confirmed, participant transfers and proxy participation will not be allowed. Participant changes and proxy participation will result in disqualification, and no race certificate will be issued. Furthermore, any acts of interference or misconduct that impede or hinder the accurate assessment of records, such as wearing another person's chip, will not be recognized.

Participants must start from their designated group. If a participant leaves their group and starts from an earlier group, they will be disqualified.

※ Please note that attaching or tampering with the bib number on the day of the event or attaching it after modification or replacement will result in participation being prohibited by race officials, and the record will not be recognized.


□ Provision of Items

Bib numbers and souvenirs will be sent by courier to the address provided during registration, and the cost will be borne by the organizers. The finisher's medal can be received on-site only by those who complete the race. Participant items will be sent before the race. (Scheduled for sequential delivery starting from August 24th)
